When you visit our website, we collect the following information about you:
- The internet address (IP address) of the computer or computer network you use, from which the name and address of your computer’s or network’s internet service provider may be derived;
- The version of the web browser and operating system used on your computer;
- The time of your visit to the website (time, date, and year).
We do not link IP addresses with other personally identifiable information. We collect and store information about which parts of the website you visit and how long you stay on them. We use this information to compile website traffic statistics in order to develop and improve the website and make it more user-friendly.
We retain the data for 12 months from the date of your visit to the website, after which the data is deleted. In addition to our employees, employees of the Information Technology Centre of the Ministry of Finance may have access to the data where such access is directly necessary for the performance of their duties related to the operation and maintenance of our information and communications systems. We may disclose your data to other persons or authorities only where they have a direct legal right to receive it (for example, a court or a pre-trial investigation authority) and a justified need for the data.
Cookies
For information security purposes (legal basis: Cybersecurity Act, § 7 (1), points 1 and 3), we use Cloudflare on our publicly accessible websites. Cloudflare places two cookies on the user’s computer (_cf_bm and _cfuvid). The purpose of these cookies is to manage website traffic for improved website performance and to prevent cyber incidents. These cookies do not identify individual visitors in any way and do not track their activities online.
