ICIC27 Call for Abstracts opens: Estonia invites integrated care community to Tallinn

14.09.2026 | 10:40

The Call for Abstracts for the International Conference on Integrated Care (ICIC27) opens on Monday, 14 September 2026. The conference will take place in Tallinn, Estonia, from 10–12 May 2027 and will bring together researchers, practitioners, policymakers, health and social care leaders, community organisations and people with lived experience from around the world.
Under the theme ‘From Integration to Impact – Delivering better outcomes through data, coordination and population health’, ICIC27 will focus on practical learning about how integrated care can improve outcomes for people, communities and systems.

The Ministry of Social Affairs particularly encourages Estonian organisations and teams to submit their strongest examples of research, policy, service innovation, implementation and lived-experience-led work. A strong Estonian contribution will help international delegates understand the reforms, innovations and challenges shaping health and social care in Estonia, while creating opportunities for Estonian colleagues to learn from comparable work internationally.

Submissions should clearly explain the challenge, what was done, who was involved, what changed, what was learned and why the experience is relevant to integrated care.

The submission deadline is Sunday, 1 November 2026.
